MIDA Mountain Village Public Infrastructure District (MMV PID) Public Meeting & Hearing

The MIDA Mountain Village Public Infrastructure District (MMV PID) Board of Trustees will meet virtually at 2:00 pm on April 8, 2025, to discuss the following items:

1. Welcome
2. Approval of minutes from the November 19, 2024 meeting
3. Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution 2025-01: Amendment to the MIDA Mountain Village Public Infrastructure District FY2025 Budget
4. Executive Director Update and Board Member Comments
5. Adjourn.

This meeting will be held via Zoom only.  To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board during the meeting, please register in advance at this link.

By motion of a Board Member, the Board may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes allowed by law, Utah Code §§ 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206.
