The MIDA Mountain Village Public Infrastructure District will hold a Zoom (virtual) meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 4:00 pm to discuss the following agenda:
1. Welcome.
2. Elect new Board Chair.
3. Review and approval of the April 8, 2025 meeting minutes.
4. Tentative budget presentation.
5. Public hearing to consider the tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
6. Consideration of Resolution 2025-02: Adopting a Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
7. Executive Director update and board member comments.
8. Adjourn. The next scheduled meeting is Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 4:00 pm.

By motion of a Board Member, the Board may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes allowed by law, Utah Code §§ 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206.
